If an order is cancelled after payment, a refund will be issued in accordance with our Refunds & Returns Policy.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is subject to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms. While we aim to meet stated delivery timelines, delays may occur due to courier issues, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
Willard Africa is not liable for delays once an order has been handed over to the courier.
6. Risk & Ownership
Risk of loss or damage passes to the customer upon delivery. Ownership of goods passes only once full payment has been received and the order has been delivered.
7. Returns & Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Returns Policy, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa.
Customers are encouraged to review the policy before making a purchase.
8. Warranty
Vehicle batteries may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, where applicable. Warranty claims are subject to the terms and conditions provided by the manufacturer and may require proof of purchase and testing.
Improper installation, misuse, or negligence may void any applicable warranty.
